Please join us at 7:30 pm on April 27, 2024 at 1831 Fern St in Victoria (see map) for a special storytelling concert by Pearl-Ann Gooding.
Come travel with Pearl-Ann as she discovers that home is really where the story begins! Sometimes the worst experiences make the best stories … or so she tries to tell herself as she goes through them. Just as Irma Bombeck said, “There is a thin line that separates laughter and pain, comedy and tragedy, humour and hurt.” Three Apples Fell … In My Backyard and Beyond is a collection of stories from Pearl-Ann’s life, her family and her community.
Pearl-Ann lives in small town, rural Wainwright, Alberta with her husband and mini dachsund, Marmalade. She works in her local High School.
She is the recipient of the National Storykeeper Award and proud to be associated with both Storytellers of Canada-Conteurs du Canada and Storytelling Alberta. She runs an annual Haunted Hike in her very haunted community and loves gathering ghostlore wherever she travels.
Tickets are $15, which can be paid in three ways: in person at an event, via an e-transfer to treasurer@victoriastorytellers.org, or you can contact us to obtain a mailing address for a cheque.
