Pat Carfra

Pat loves to sing and tell stories. The singing career came first when, as the Lullaby Lady, she released three award-winning recordings to encourage parents to sing with their little ones. Then came the stories. As a founding member of the Victoria Storytellers’ Guild many years ago, she set out on the alluring path of the storyteller and has never stepped off. Now she combines both stories and songs whenever she can, and tells to audiences of all ages.

Her interest and connection to the history of Vancouver Island has provided many storytelling opportunities. In addition to her own stories, she also entertains audiences with stories of myths, magic and transformation from around the world.

She gives workshops to adults and children and she is very interested in promoting storytelling in the family.
